NEXORA · Legal
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 September 2026
This policy explains, in plain language, what information NEXORA collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep this page as simple and honest as we can. By using NEXORA, you agree to the practices described here.
1. The short version
- We collect the information needed to run the platform — for example your account details and learning progress.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We share information only when it is needed to operate the service (such as sending your AI chat messages to the AI provider that generates replies) or when the law requires it.
- Some of your data (like offline progress and community posts) is stored on your own device and never reaches our servers until you sync or share it.
2. Information we collect
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address and a password. Your password is stored securely in a scrambled (hashed) form — we cannot read it.
Learning activity. When you are signed in, we sync things like the lessons you complete, your quiz results and your projects so your progress can follow you across devices.
AI chat messages. When you chat with the AI assistant, we receive your messages and the replies so we can answer you and keep a record of your conversations.
Technical information. Like most websites, our servers automatically keep basic logs (for example the date and time of a request, and error details) so we can keep the service working and secure.
Information stored on your device. Some features keep data in your browser or on your device — for example your theme preference, offline learning progress, and community posts you write. This data is under your control and can be cleared from your browser at any time.
3. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and keep you signed in.
- To save and sync your learning progress.
- To provide the AI assistant (including sending messages to our AI service provider).
- To keep NEXORA secure, fix problems and improve the platform.
- To meet legal obligations.
4. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited situations:
- AI provider. Your AI chat messages are sent to the external AI service we use to generate replies.
- Service providers. Companies that host and operate the technical infrastructure NEXORA runs on may process data on our behalf.
- Our staff. A small number of authorised people may access limited account data to operate the platform, support users and keep it safe. These accesses are controlled and recorded.
- Law. We may share information where the law requires us to.
5. Cookies and local storage
6. A note about the AI assistant
The AI assistant sends your messages to a third-party AI provider so it can write replies. Please do not send passwords, private documents or sensitive personal information to the assistant. AI can make mistakes, so do not rely on its answers for important decisions.
7. Your choices
- You can update your name, email address and password at any time from your account settings.
- Data stored on your device — such as offline progress and community posts — is under your control through your browser.
- If you want to close your account or ask a question about your data, email us at support@nexora.consicalabs.com and we will help.
We keep account information and progress while your account is active so you can return to your learning. Where the law requires us to keep certain records (for example for security or tax purposes), we keep only what is needed and only for as long as required.
8. Children
NEXORA is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us at support@nexora.consicalabs.com and we will investigate and close the account.
9. How we protect your information
We use industry-standard protections: connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored in hashed form, and access to personal data is limited to authorised staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we work to keep your information safe.
10. Links to other websites
NEXORA may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, so please check their own policies.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and make significant changes easy to notice. Continued use of NEXORA after a change means you accept the updated policy.
