Terms of Service

Please read these Terms before you use NEXORA. They are written in plain language so you know what to expect. By creating an account or using NEXORA, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. What NEXORA is

NEXORA is a learning and building platform. You can learn practical skills (such as web development, programming, robotics and AI), build projects, practice what you learn, keep a record of your skills and progress, connect with other learners, and explore opportunities. Many learning tools and labs also work offline on your own device.

2. Who can use NEXORA

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate information when you sign up.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens through your account.

3. Your account

Your account stores basic details such as your name and email address, along with your learning progress so it can follow you across devices. Please keep your account details up to date, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account without permission.

4. How you should behave

Please use NEXORA for its intended purpose: learning, building and connecting in good faith. Do not:

• Use NEXORA for anything unlawful or harmful.
• Try to access another person's account or data.
• Attempt to break into, overload or damage the platform, its servers or its security.
• Upload malicious software or try to disrupt the service.
• Harass, threaten or bully other people.
• Copy large amounts of NEXORA content to republish it elsewhere without permission.
• Misuse the AI assistant, for example by asking it to produce harmful content.

5. Content you create

Anything you write or build — your projects, notes and answers — belongs to you. NEXORA does not claim ownership of your work. We only keep the data needed to run the service, such as your account details and learning progress.

Please do not upload or share anything you do not have the right to share. Some of your work is stored on your own device rather than on our servers, so please back it up if it matters to you.

6. Courses, lessons and the AI assistant

The lessons, challenges and other learning materials on NEXORA are provided to help you learn. They are owned by NEXORA or its licensors, and you may use them for your own learning but not republish them without permission.

The AI assistant is a learning tool. To reply to you, it sends your messages to an external AI service provider. AI can make mistakes, so check important information for yourself and do not send private or sensitive details to the assistant.

7. No promises about results

NEXORA helps you learn and demonstrate skills, but we do not guarantee any particular outcome. Landing an opportunity, job, course or certification depends on your own effort and circumstances. Nothing on NEXORA is professional, financial, legal or medical advice.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep NEXORA available and useful, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may update features, fix issues, or remove parts of the service. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you about significant changes.

9. Stopping use and suspension

You can stop using NEXORA at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or harms the platform or other users. Where practical, we will let you know before we do.

10. Our responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEXORA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid for the service (which is currently free to use). Nothing in these Terms limits rights that the law does not allow us to limit.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, make it easy to notice. Continuing to use NEXORA after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
